Shipping & Returns

All worldwide orders are posted via Air Mail, parcels are trackable but not letters, and New Zealand orders via NZ Post as soon as possible, usually within two working days. We will fully refund any faulty product if returned to us, however we would first attempt to rectify any problems that may have occurred.

Orders received Saturday afternoon through to Sunday night (NZ time) will be shipped the following Monday, unless it is a Public Holiday.

Any damage that occurs during shipping or delivery is beyond our control and we can not be held accountable for it. Every effort is made to ensure that your order is sufficiently packaged to help prevent damage occurring during transit.

All deliveries are at the customers own risk, we can not be held accountable for non-delivery of your items. We can provide proof of delivery and if the value of the order exceeds NZ$100 we recommend you purchase International Courier which provides additional insurance cover. This service is not readily available from the shop, you will need to contact us via email and we will tell you know how much extra cost is required.
Should an item of post be damaged in transit or is not received, it is up to the customer to seek a refund from their postal service. We will assist in what ever way we can in this process.

The customer is fully responsible for any customs or other duty levied by the customer’s Government.
